1. Previews, briefs and scope
1.1 Free preview. You send us a sentence describing your product, and we may build a working preview of it at no cost and with no obligation. For a preview:
- (a) we send it to you as a private link. It is for you to evaluate, not for public use or marketing;
- (b) payments are simulated. It must not be used to take real payments or to collect real personal information, and you must not enter any;
- (c) it runs on our development infrastructure, not on the hosting described in clause 12. It has no availability target and no backups, and it may be offline;
- (d) it stays available for 14 days after we send it. After that we delete it, unless you have ordered a build from it;
- (e) it includes one round of feedback. We may decline a preview request, and we offer one preview per person or business at a time;
- (f) the preview remains ours until you have paid the build fee in full. You may not copy or use its code, designs or generated content without buying a build; and
- (g) a preview is not the delivered product. The build (clause 2) is.
1.1A If you want it built, we turn the preview and your feedback into a written brief that lists the pages, user roles, payment provider, integrations and content. The job starts when you approve the brief in writing and pay the deposit.
1.2 The approved brief is the full scope of the job. Each package has these limits:
| Package | Price (AUD, inc GST) | Pages | User roles | Integrations | Build time |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Launch page | $990 | 5 | none | lead form only | 1 business day |
| Working product | $2,990 | 8 | 2 + admin | 1 payment provider + 1 other | 1 business day |
| Product Plus | $5,900 | 15 | 4 + admin | 1 payment provider + 3 others | 2 business days |
1.3 If you ask for something outside the approved brief, we'll quote it separately and won't do it until you accept the quote. If a sentence turns out to describe more than one package can hold, we'll say so before you approve the brief.
1.4 A quote is valid for 14 days.
2. The one-day promise
2.1 The build day starts at 9:00 am Sydney time on the first business day after all three of these are done: you approve the brief, you pay the deposit, and you give us any content, logins or accounts the brief lists (for example your PayPal or Stripe account). "Business day" excludes weekends and NSW public holidays.
2.2 "Delivered" means the product works on a preview address and does everything in the brief.
2.3 If we miss the deadline through our own fault, we keep working on the next business day at no extra charge. If we still haven't delivered within 5 business days of the start, you can choose either to wait or to receive a full refund of everything you've paid for that build.
2.4 If a delay is caused by you (for example late content, unanswered questions, or a third party you control), the deadline moves back by the same amount of time.
2.5 After delivery, you have 5 business days to report anything that doesn't match the brief, and we'll fix it at no charge. Requests for new things are not fixes, and are handled under clause 6 or quoted separately.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
3.2 Previews are free. For builds, you pay 50% when you approve the brief (after you have seen the preview) and the other 50% before the product is published to its live address. We don't publish until you've paid in full.
3.3 Monthly plans are charged in advance on the same date each month, starting on the day the product goes live.
3.4 If a payment fails or is more than 14 days overdue, we'll email you. If it is still unpaid 7 days after that email, we may suspend the hosting (but we won't delete anything; see clause 15).
3.5 Card processing fees are included in our prices. Fees from your own payment provider on your own customers' payments are your responsibility.
4. Founding offer: 50% off for 3 months
4.1 You get 50% off your first three monthly invoices for the Starter or Growth plan if you meet all of these conditions:
- (a) you buy a build package (Launch page, Working product or Product Plus) and approve its brief by 31 December 2026;
- (b) you are among the first 25 customers to qualify, counted in the order deposits are paid; and
- (c) the offer is limited to one per person, business or ABN.
4.2 The offer does not apply to the Scale plan, to build fees, to change requests, or to usage-based costs (clause 7).
4.3 It can't be combined with any other discount, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
4.4 From the fourth invoice onwards, the normal price applies. We'll email you at least 14 days before that first full-price invoice.
4.5 If you cancel during the three months, we won't claw back the discount. Discounted months you didn't use are lost and can't be paused or carried forward.
4.6 If you move to a different plan during the offer period:
- moving between Starter and Growth: the discount continues for whatever is left of the three months;
- moving to Scale: the discount ends.
4.7 We may end the offer for new customers at any time by updating this page. Anyone who has already qualified keeps it.
5. Monthly plans and limits
| Plan | Price / month | Visits / month | Database | Files | Hosting |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $23 | 10,000 | 1 GB | 5 GB | Shared |
| Growth | $84 | 100,000 | 10 GB | 25 GB | Shared + staging site |
| Scale | $364 | 500,000 | 32 GB | 100 GB | Dedicated |
Monthly plans cover hosting only: compute, database, file storage, daily backups, monitoring and data transfer up to the plan limits. Change requests are not included in any plan (clause 6).
5.1 A "visit" is a browsing session counted by our analytics. Known bots and monitoring traffic are not counted.
5.2 If you go over a limit:
- We'll email you, and we won't cut your site off for going over in a single month.
- If you go over in two months in a row, we'll give you 14 days' written notice and then move you to the plan that fits your usage.
- Before the move takes effect, you can choose to reduce your usage or cancel instead.
- Above Scale, we'll quote a custom plan.
5.3 On shared plans, one customer can't be allowed to degrade service for everyone else. If your usage threatens the stability of shared hosting, for example through a traffic spike or runaway processes, we may limit it temporarily. If that happens, we'll tell you the same day.
6. Change requests
6.1 Change requests cost $69 each on every plan. A change request is one change you describe in plain English that takes up to 20 minutes of our review time. Examples: new copy, a new field, a new page made from an existing template, or a price change.
6.2 If a request is bigger than that, we'll tell you how many change requests it counts as, or quote it separately, before we start.
6.3 Change requests bought in advance expire 12 months after you buy them.
7. Usage-based costs
7.1 If your product uses paid third-party services on your behalf, you choose how we bill them before the brief is approved. This covers things like AI models (a chatbot or image generator), SMS, high-volume email, maps or search. Either:
- (a) you use your own account and API key, and the provider bills you directly; or
- (b) we bill you monthly at our cost plus 20%. In that case we set a monthly spending cap, which you choose. When usage reaches the cap, those features stop until you raise it.
7.2 Domain names you register through us are billed at cost.
8. Changes to prices
8.1 We may change monthly prices or plan limits by giving you at least 30 days' written notice. That includes changes caused by our infrastructure provider's prices or exchange rates.
8.2 If you don't accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect without any fee.
8.3 We will never change the price of a build after you've approved its brief.
9. Ownership of the code
9.1 Once you've paid the build fee in full, we assign to you all rights to the code, designs and content we made specifically for your product. We deliver the code to a GitHub repository in your name.
9.2 We keep ownership of our own general-purpose tools, templates and know-how. Where those are part of your product, we give you a permanent, royalty-free licence to use and change them as part of your product.
9.3 Open-source components stay under their own licences.
9.4 Unless you tell us not to, we may name your product and show a screenshot of it in our showcase.
10. Your responsibilities
10.1 You must have the rights to anything you give us, including logos, text, images and data.
10.2 You are responsible for:
- your product's offer, prices and claims;
- its compliance with laws that apply to your business, such as consumer law, privacy law, industry licensing and spam law; and
- your own customer support.
10.3 You must keep the logins we give you secure, and tell us promptly if you think one has been compromised.
11. AI-generated work
11.1 Your product is built with the help of AI tools, under human review. Generated copy, images and video can contain mistakes. You must review all content before it goes live, and approving it for publication means you have reviewed it.
11.2 We don't use your confidential information to train AI models.
12. Hosting, uptime and backups
12.1 Products you have paid for are hosted on Microsoft Azure in Australia (Sydney). Previews are not (clause 1.1). We aim for 99.5% monthly availability, not counting scheduled maintenance, which we announce at least 48 hours ahead. This is a target, not a guarantee.
12.2 Your database and files are backed up daily, and each backup is kept for 14 days. If you ask, we'll restore from a backup. Restores caused by our fault are free; otherwise a restore counts as one change request.
12.3 Third-party services your product depends on, such as Azure, Cloudflare, your payment provider and email providers, operate under their own terms. We aren't responsible for their outages, but we'll work with you to reduce the impact.
13. Privacy and your customers' data
13.1 For the personal information of your own customers, you are the business responsible for it, and we handle it only on your instructions to host and maintain your product. We will:
- keep it in Australia;
- not use it for anything else;
- protect it with reasonable security; and
- tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a data breach affecting it.
13.2 A data processing agreement is available on request.
13.3 Every Working product and Product Plus build includes a privacy notice template, a way for your customers to request their data, and a way to delete a customer's data. You are responsible for making sure the notice is accurate for your business.
13.4 How we handle your own information as our customer is set out in our Privacy Policy.
14. Acceptable use
We don't build or host products that are:
- unlawful;
- scams;
- designed to collect credentials or payment details under false pretences;
- malware;
- harassment or content targeting individuals;
- sexual content involving minors; or
- products that infringe someone else's rights.
We may refuse a brief, or suspend a product that breaches this clause. If we refuse a brief, we refund anything you've paid for it. If we suspend a product, we'll explain why, unless the law prevents us.
15. Cancelling and leaving
15.1 You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Your hosting runs until the end of the month you've already paid for. Plans have no lock-in and no exit fee.
15.2 When you leave, we'll give you your code (already in your GitHub) and a full export of your database and files within 14 days.
15.3 We keep a final copy of your data for 30 days after the plan ends, then delete it. Backups expire on their normal 14-day cycle.
15.4 We may end a monthly plan by giving you 60 days' written notice, or immediately if you seriously breach clause 14. Either way, clause 15.2 still applies.
16. Refunds and consumer law
16.1 Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law.
16.2 On top of those rights:
- you can cancel a build before the build day starts and receive a full refund of the deposit;
- after the build day starts, the deposit pays for work already done and is not refundable for change of mind; and
- clause 2.3 explains when you can get a full refund if we miss our deadline.
16.3 Monthly fees already paid are not refunded for change of mind. The exceptions are clause 8.2 (where you cancel because of a price change) and anything required by law.
17. Liability
17.1 To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as under the Australian Consumer Law, or to fraud, or to personal injury caused by our negligence.
17.2 To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss.
17.3 Where the Australian Consumer Law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to meet a guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
18. General
18.1 We may update these terms by giving 30 days' notice. Any build already underway stays on the version that applied when you approved its brief.
18.2 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
18.3 If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
18.4 Notices are sent by email to the address on your account, or to [hello@jisoolo.com].
